A few months back I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Sinead and Eoin. Their ceremony was held in Co. Galway but they decided to travel down to the fabulous Armada Hotel, Spanish Point Co. Clare. What a stunning location on the Co. Clare coast which offer’s great opportunities for creative wedding photography. The management and staff are also very friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile for all concerned including the humble wedding photographer. Before heading into the hotel we decided to stop off at the sand dunes for some couple shots and got very lucky with the weather. There was great texture in the sky, which allowed for some very dramatic landscape shots. Sinead and Eoin were also hoping for a sunset shot which I also managed to capture. Below is just a small sample of some of the images that were captured on the day. For any photography enthusiasts the equipment used in this instance was a Nikon D4s with a Nikkor 70-200m and a Nikon D850 with a Nikkor 24-70 with off camera flash provided via a bare Godox V860ii
