I myself am not a big fan of having my picture taken so I know how it feels, I’m also aware that the majority of people getting married are not full time professional models, so having a camera pointed in their direction can seem a little intimidating. The wedding photography process must be smooth and enjoyable and here at Dillon Photography we guarantee that that will be the case, cameras will not be in your face and you will not be in the presence of an overpowering photographer. The aim is to document your special day let the story unfold and capture those precious moments as the occur. This is the approach throughout the large part of the day. However we do ensure that important family groups are photographed and this is achieved in friendly and super professional manner and in a way that is efficient as not to take up too much time. Sometimes the question gets asked, How much time will family groups take? Ten-Fifteen minutes is always the answer. So much so that more often than not Michael is thanked by either the brides parents or grooms parents for the manner in which we dealt with siblings and family members. Again striving to make the whole process enjoyable for everyone involved not just the bridal party.

On your wedding day Michael is the sole photographer involved there is not team of bodies running around which can be quite distracting. Being the sole photographer means that he gives best personal attention to people being photographed it’s all about the experience.
